See “Run Availability” section below!\n \n\nPhotographer:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLooking for a photographer!\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRun Availability:\nPlease note the running order (in the premium and welcome letter) – we are running levels BACK TO BACK.  Thurs-Fri-Sat we will be running UP in levels – Instinct 1 will be immediately followed by Instinct 2\, then Novice 1 will be immediately followed by Novice 2\, then Open 1 followed by Open 2\, etc.  Sun we will be running DOWN in levels – C8 followed by Master 1\, Master 2\, Senior 1\, Senior 2\, C8 2\, Open 1\, Open 2\, Instinct 1\, Instinct 2\, Novice 1\, Novice 2. \n\nDropping Off/Mailing Entries:\nEntries can be dropped off in the little milk box on the front porch of the house address in the premium\, or mailed to the house address listed in the premium.  DO NOT MAIL ENTRIES OR LEAVE THEM AT THE FACILITY! You can also bring them to any RMR Barn Hunt Trial but you must hand them directly to the Trial Secretary (TS).  Do not hand them to anyone else\, do not put them in the cash box\, do not just leave them on the secretary’s desk\, etc.  RMR is not responsible for entries not handed directly to the TS\, and the TS will not hunt them down. \nIf you are using the generated form from the BHA site be very careful that you are sending them to the Westminster\, Colorado address. \nDO NOT otherwise leave or mail entries to the facility!  DO NOT MAIL ENTRIES OR LEAVE THEM AT THE FACILITY! Please note the mail can be EXTREMELY SLOW.  Entries must be RECEIVED on or before the pre-entry closing deadline to be eligible for the pre-entry discount otherwise late/day-of-show entry rates will apply.  Dropping off or mailing an entry to the facility does not count as the entry being received unless it is handed directly to the RMR Trial Secretary. \n\nDocuments:\nPremium – click here for more information about these trials.  Entry form on the back page! Entry counts\, schedule\, and class order will be listed in the Welcome Letter. \n\nText Message Alerts:\nReceive informational messages regarding these trials!\n(Including what classes we are currently building/running.) \nDownload the “Remind” app. (Text messages no longer seem to work!!)\nJoin the class “GKC-BH2026” (without the quotes). \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIf asked “Are you a teacher\, parent\, or student” – you are a student.\nMake sure you are at least 13 years old if you make up a birthday!\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n*This system is primarily used by educators\, so it may reference “classes”\, “teachers”\, and/or “students”. \nPlease remember this system is used as a COURTESY ONLY.  Cell reception isn’t perfect and messages may not make it through.  It is ultimately your responsibility to make sure you are where you are supposed to be\, when you are supposed to be.  If you miss a run\, that is on you. Missed runs will not be moved or refunded. \n\nConflicts:\nWe would like to accommodate each and every conflict but sometimes that is impossible and you may have to make a choice. The running order for classes will be posted at the ring each day. Please notify the blind steward of your conflict BEFORE we are running your class so we can discuss how to best accommodate. \nWe cannot hold a class. \nIf you are not present by the time your class ends\, you will not be able to run your dog in that class for that trial. There are two trials each day but a missed run in trial one cannot be run in trial two and cannot be moved to another day. Missed runs are not eligible for a refund. \n\nHow Does The Waitlist Work?\n \nIf a day fills and additional entries are received\, we’ll take those entries on “waitlist status”. If someone pulls from the trial before pre-entry closing\, they will receive a refund (minus any transaction fees) and if there is someone on the wait-list they will move into that spot. If someone pulls from the trial after pre-entry closing and there is another dog we can move in from the waitlist\, the person pulling will receive a refund (minus a $5 processing fee per day) and the dog from the waitlist will move into the trial for the runs that became available. We will maintain a waitlist until five days before the start of the trial\, after which any entries left on the waitlist will be shredded. Entries that are shredded when the waitlist closes will be refunded before the start of the event. \nIn order to be added to the waitlist you MUST SUBMIT AN ENTRY FORM and PAY IN FULL. You will receive confirmation of your entry that states your entries are “WAITLISTED”. Please keep an eye on your email as your status can change quickly! \nCheck back to this page to see if there are entries available late/day-of. You can also stop by the event and ask. Things can change last minute! \nBut What Time Will My Class Start? \nWe get a lot of questions on “when will my class start” for trials. I cannot give out times other than the start of the first class of the day. However\, here is a way for you to estimate when your class MAY start running: \n\n\n\n\n\nMy welcome letters give entry counts as of the pre-entry closing along with the order the classes will run.\nHere’s what BHA estimates time-wise for each run:\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\nMultiply out the estimated judging time per run x the entries in each class to get a rough estimate. However\, please note that this doesn’t include absent dogs\, move-ups\, day-of-show/late entries\, etc. And runs don’t always last the “estimated” judging time per run. There are no refunds/credits/moves for missed runs. Calculate at your own risk!
