Please note that your entry is NOT considered received until we get payment IN FULL. Entries are entered into the system in the order PAYMENT is received.

If you are not paying via PayPal, do NOT fill out the online entry! It WILL NOT BE SAVED WITHOUT PAYMENT. There is a paper form in the premium.
If you have RMR vouchers, you must mail in an entry form with your vouchers plus payment of any difference. DO NOT FILL OUT THE ONLINE ENTRY FORM. Payments will not be refunded for vouchers.
Do not leave vouchers/entries at Matrix – mail them to my home address listed in the premium. Thank you!
